Primemall İskenderun, the first project developed by Prime Development in Turkey, opened on August 25, 2010. Consisting of four floors the shopping center has textiles, electronics, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and bistros, as well as an 8-screen cinema, bowling and children's playground. Primemall İskenderun is a brand mix shopping center created specifically for the needs of the region with its events and entertainment center concept, and is a pleasant meeting point for all Iskenderun people. Primemall İskenderun was awarded 'Anatolia's Most Successful Shopping Center' at the PerAModa Awards in 2014.
